SpaceX is looking forward for the launch of Polaris Dawn mission by tomorrow!!

This Polaris Dawn aims to reach an orbit approximately 435 miles (700 kilometres) above Earth, this altitude will be higher than International Space Station’s orbit about 185 miles (300 km). Once it reached to 435 miles it will be the mark for highest orbit achieved by a Crew Dragon spacecraft. Isaacman and Gillis on the second day of the mission will mark first private space walk in history for two hours. On to the next the crew will perform various science and technology experiments during their five-day stay in orbit.

Mission Launch Announcement :

This mission is scheduled for the launch by tomorrow, on Tuesday, Aug. 27. The launch is set to take place from NASA's Kennedy Space Centre in Florida, with a four-hour window opening at 3:38 a.m. ET (0738 GMT). Due to some additional system checks was planned for August 27th, but it was originally planned for August 26.

 

This launch and spacewalk will be witnessed on behalf of live streaming by giving the opportunity for all the viewers to view how as the historic moments takes place in space. People can join this live stream on Polaris Dawn's and SpaceX's X feeds.

In this mission 4 members are getting to be boarded      for this successful mission as,

·       Jared Isaacman a billionaire entrepreneur, who is funding and commanding the mission.

·       Pilot Scott "Kidd" Poteet, a retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel.

·       Sarah Gillis and Anna Menon, they are mission specialists and both are SpaceX engineers.
